Michelle, a Kansas City native, has been in the construction and design industry for over 16 years and has won multiple design awards. Over the years, her work with Realtors, builders, contractors, and developers has gained her the knowledge to make the design process as simple and stress free as possible. She is known for her great sense of humor and her insight into what her clients need and desire to make their home exactly how they want it.

Michelle Warrick 

Melissa is certified in home staging and design. She staged her first home in 2007 and has a keen eye for what buyers want, how to help sell a home quickly, and for top dollar.  After an eight-year stint in San Diego, Melissa returned to Kansas City with a fresh approach to design. She began working with Interior Design KC in 2016 and is currently pursuing her certification in Interior Design.
